The scheduled meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was convened on last twenty-fifth of July, this year. The meeting was chaired by President Smith, with members present of homeowners in participation.
After call to order, the record from the previous meeting were considered and passed with no amendments.

Proposed Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants
The Board of Directors is presently discussing several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed adjustments are designed to enhance the value of life for all residents while addressing present concerns and promoting a thriving community.
- Within the proposed amendments are guidelines related to exterior aesthetics, quiet hours, and automobile limits.
- The HOA encourages all residents to peruse the proposed amendments meticulously and forward their comments by the deadline.
- An open forum will be scheduled on July 20th to discuss the proposed amendments in greater detail.

The Sherwood Lakes Community Enhancement Program
Our dedicated community members are coming together to make Sherwood Lakes a more picturesque place to live. The Beautification Project aims to enhance the visual appeal of our community by adding shrubs, cleaning up public areas, and encouraging a sense of ownership.

Sherwood Lakes Community Board Voting
Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is happening soon. This year, we encourage all homeowners to take part in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.
The election will be held on Wednesday, October 25th, with voting taking place from noon to 8:00 PM at the Neighborhood Clubhouse.
